Steve grew up in the tiny town of Avon Park, FL, in the middle of cows and orange groves. He began his insurance career with State Farm in 1999, and was soon sent to be an Agent in Miami. After more than a decade of big city life, he returned home to Central Florida and founded Little Star Orlando, an independent insurance agency. His
Steve grew up in the tiny town of Avon Park, FL, in the middle of cows and orange groves. He began his insurance career with State Farm in 1999, and was soon sent to be an Agent in Miami. After more than a decade of big city life, he returned home to Central Florida and founded Little Star Orlando, an independent insurance agency. His Job is to ensure people, rather than process, remain the primary focus of our Agency sales, service, and claims. Every customer has his cell phone number, the same one Megan (his wife and the real agency boss) calls when she gets mad at him, so he's always available to help our customers.

She has spent the last 5 years at Little Star, and serves as a licensed Agent specializing in Central Florida’s challenging homeowners insurance marketplace. When she is not running the agency, her primary job is keeping Steve, Kona the Sharpei, and Kika the new kitten (in no particular order) on task, fed, watered, and walked in the evening.

Shay is in her 4th year as a licensed Customer Service Representative at Little Star Insurance. She’s often the first voice you hear when you call, and serves as our Auto Insurance specialist. Shay's customer service and organizational skills keep the office running at a high level, and her dedication to the Agency and our customers is unmatched and always appreciated.
